Hey, been seeing a lot about peptides on social media lately. And I thought I wanted some of those sweet benefits. And also I should get them when it's still possible. I think as time goes the demand for the gray market peptides will grow so much it will be nearly impossible to get your hands on them because so many will be trying to scam you and so on, and sites will be regulated by the governments and EU or whatnot.
I'm just looking to lose weight without having to feel hungry and annoyed all the time. Losing weight seems easy when you got stuff to do, but if you are just home or something where you're by yourself, like I am 80% of the time, the annoyance of hunger is almost impossible to fight for people who doesn't have insanely strong willpower. I hope I can lose some weight and maintain it at a level where I feel comfortable with my body.
I do gym and lift and I used to do some sports and was at a weight and fat percentage I was very happy and confident with, but over time, I just seem to gain weight because it is so hard to keep counting calories forever. And when I don't I seem to gain weight so easily (again, because I have nothing to do and eating just seems like something to do). I intend to start jogging soon when summer comes. Thinking of jogging 20 min daily or something (this worked in keeping my weight in check in the past). I'm doing a bit of calisthenics nowadays, but I would like to start jumping rope again as well. But I feel I'm a bit too overweight right now and my knees hurt if I try.
That's it!
