I have been floating around 225 lbs for 20 years. My ideal weight (top end) is 164. Started on Wegovy (prescribed) in March 2025. Lost 20 pounds in about a year. Insurance stopped covering it and my pens ran out early March 2026. Went to a local 503A and paid $350 for four pens of 10mg Tirz. Life changer. Immediately felt 100% better which I attribute to the anti inflammatory properties of the drug. Found compounded online through Reddit and stocked for about a year through telehealth and then discovered grey. Wish I had known prior. Looking forward to going long term with it.
