I know noob is kind of an outdated term, but whatever, I'm using it anyway! I'm really excited to be here and finally get a handle on how peptides actually work. It'll be awesome to ask the community about the more technical side of things, like half-lives, stacking, diet tweaks, and how people are applying all this new info.

I kicked off my Sema journey about six weeks back. I spent a few months researching first, and now I'm starting at the lowest dose and titrating up. My doctor suggested I try it after I was diagnosed with PCOS and T2D. No matter how hard I tried with working out and eating right, the scale just kept going up. SW: 330 CW: 314 GW: 250

I'm totally fine taking things slow and keeping the doses low for now. I want to really dial in my food and workouts, since I think that's what's going to keep the weight off long-term. I know dropping all that personal history right out of the gate might be a bit much, but I just wanted to be upfront! Hi everyone!

Edit: Just realized I forgot to say how nice it is to meet you guys. I can't wait to swap ideas with you all. Thanks for having me!
