I'm new to the research hobby. I'm 51, 6'1" and 320 lbs, still very muscular but definitely way too big. I was a college athlete that stopped major exercise cold turkey after college (major knee injury) but didn't stop major eating. The place I am now has just been a slow progression downward for the last 30 years. An epiphany has led me to begin eating right and exercising, and looking into the latest research on weight loss and heath aids. I just started on the latest weight loss stuff after a friend recommended and have been doing tons of "research" (if you can call googling and youtubing research), but I've done the best I can to educate myself. That opened a whole new world of possible research that I was previously unknown to me.
I'm hoping the info here will keep me from making mistakes that others have made before. I would also be very I would be interested (eventually - I read the rules, lol) in group testing and responses. I think it would be really cool if our research was actually more carefully documented and logged in greater numbers. A bit more scientific if you will and actually contributing to the base of knowledge on our subject.
Anyway, that's me. See you on the forums eventually.
