Grabbed some new mots c. Reconstituted last night. This morning I took right out the fridge and drew up my dose. Didn't let sit out. The question is.... this particular pep should be injected slow? Injected in the Deltoid muscle. I have a huge itchy knot. Did I do something wrong. Used fresh BAC water hospira.

Fast or slow it really doesnt make much of a difference. Many ppl report ISR with motsc. Myself included. You just have to deal with it I guess for the health benefit it brings you. Sorry for the late reply I just read your post now.

I’ve never used that pep, however, depending on how large the dose is, fast/slow matters for me.

If it’s a full 1cc (sometimes .5 if viscous enough) I’ll get a knot, sometimes itchy, and hard like a granuloma once or twice.

So now I take my time with those. Doesn’t matter if it’s in the stomach, thigh, arm, or hinder.

Common reaction with MOTS-C. It might be worth trying to slow it down, but it makes zero difference for me.

It’s just a spicy pep. I tried reconstituting with more BAC, but it didn’t help. I’d still get an itchy knot/welt at the injection site. The bottom line, does the itchy welt/knot outweigh the benefits? Only time will tell. For me, it did. I will say I did use SS31 first, but I noticed a significant difference in energy and increased performance in the gym. My opinion is if you have everything locked in (nutrition & gym routine) you will feel the positive effects. Cardio & gym sessions were off the hook for me but I had it all dialed in…ymmv
