BofA is the devil in so many ways on top of their outrageous fees. Fortunately I haven't had the displeasure of dealing with them for over 20 years.
Sadly wire fees are absurdly high at most banks, and international are even worse. The best bet in my experience is to use ACH to transfer money into Wise and then wire from your Wise balance which is much cheaper. Be careful though, if you set up a wire transfer with Wise and it's setup to pull it from your bank account and not your Wise balance you'll pay both Wise's fee PLUS your bank's fee.

Fidelity CMA should offer you free wires. Charles Schwab and Chase will also offer free wires, but do require a certain amount of assets be held with them (100k and 75k respectively)..
