I take my Mounjaro brand 7.5mg and transfer all of it to a single 3ml cartridge and stor that in refer. I'm a whole month ahead. Some say on this forum that it can be frozen and store just about forever(less a day) in the freezer. Have not yet tried that so no comment. Just throwin it out there a sumptin to think on. Good luck on however you decide...Glenn said:Unfortunately not, the Tirz arrives monthly as a refrigerated liquid.

Whatever you do, don't stick a pen in the freezer. It will break the plastic mechanism. If you're getting vials, it's easy, or just transfer pen to vial (after defeating the pen interlock, which is harder after you tossed it in the freezer).skeptick said:I take my Mounjaro brand 7.5mg and transfer all of it to a single 3ml cartridge and stor that in refer. I did stop tirz all together when I was on 8 Reta but I noticed my aches and pains returned so I added 2.5 tirz back in and lowered Reta to 6. I also added a little Cagri in when I went up two poundsNot_Your_Dad said:So, last week I upped to 4 mg Reta with a 6mg-ish Tirz.
This week my Tirz was 4.8mg, and I'll do another 4mg of Reta.
Next week I'll drop Tirz to 2.5mg and up Reta to 6mg.
I'm aggressively titrating the Reta up, but I'm so much more comfortable on the lower dose of Tirz that I'm not having any noticeable sides from the Reta. I'm definitely eating less, and thinking about food less as well. I don't know any of your stories, but I've been overweight for 35 years so food was -always- on my mind lol.
The Reta continues to remind me of the earlier days with Tirz. I'm thinking I'll stop Tirz entirely once I hit 8mg of Reta and see how that goes. If I find I'm struggling with any food noise or the like, I'm leaning towards Sema at a low dose (0.1 - 0.2 mg) based on what people have reported here. Mrs. NYD is happy on her 15mg dose of Tirz, and if I just need the appetite suppression I'll lean toward the cheaper option I think.
