Really love it so far. It's totally quieted any food noise that I was having to zero. It almost reminds me of my early days on tirzepatide. Basically no interest in food. But luckily, the sides have been nonexistent and I'm still able to eat.
The loss of hunger with Cagri is wild. Totally like a Tirz throwback. But the dosing is very sensitive. Just a bit too much and I feel nauseous. Hit it just right and it’s amazing.

Totally agree, it's kind of wild. Cagri a much better stack for me than the sema I added last fall.

I think you described it best with "loss of hunger", which is subtly different than the quieting of food noise that tirz and sema do so well. I just haven't been hungry since starting, while I've still been able to nourish myself. I'm eating now truly to hit macro goals. Not eating out of any hunger stimuli.

I'm definitely going low and slow with this stack. Seems to be powerful stuff.

Glad to hear about the positive experiences with Tirz + Cag. I have some Cag on the way for future consideration.

I say that because I'm 11 months in with Tirz, at a 12.5mg dose split into 6.25 every 3rd and 4th day, Tirz is still working (SW 310 April 2025, CW 213) for suppression, noise, and tolerability. So I'll keep the Cag for when/if the Tirz alone loses effectiveness.
