How long until Tirz kicks in?

I started yesterday at 0.15mL and I haven’t had much of a reduction in appetite but I have noticed that I feel full a lot longer than before. Also it’s making me go to the toilet more often and not for diarrhea it’s been pretty solid stools but just big amounts of it. My doctor has me on a plan to do 0.15mL this week and next week, and on week 3 I step up to 0.3mL for the last two weeks of the month.
