My timeline:

Rx Liraglutide - Summer 2019

COVID happened, gave up

Rx Sema - two months in 2023

shortages, insurance shenanigans, gave up

found grey Tirz Fall 2024

swapped for grey Reta in Fall 2025 and still going, 80lbs down from my highest in 2024.

I've also tried an assortment of other peps and supplements. I keep up with Glutathione and Lipo-B. Unsure if SS-31, MOTS-C, and GLOW actually did anything (just one cycle each).

I can't remember. I think I need to start taking nootropics 😉

But, I have done the following

KLOW individual vials

GLOW (because I ran out of KPV)

Epithalon

TA-1

MOTS-c

5A1Q

Dihexa

Tirz

...have some MT-1, Glutathione and Cerebrolysin coming, as well as Selank and Semax...perhaps my brain will kick more into gear.

Began Reta 12/29/25. Changed to Tirz 2/19/26, both were/are fairly low doses. Figuring out which one I respond best to going forward. I am an experiment of one.
Please update as I’m considering Tirz to Reta.

I started with willow semaglutide, lost around 12 pounds in 1 1/2 months, now I’ve started Reta for the past 2 weeks with a much smaller effect so far. Definitely trying Tirz next.

Love the way people are stacking , with the help of grey and Ai blend , everyone is gonna be a bio hacker 😅😅

April - Sept 2025: Ozempic 2.4g

Oct 2025 - Jan 2026: Mounjaro 15mg(Doc’s advice)

Oct -Dec 2025-: GLOW70

Dec 2025 - Jan 2026: BPC157

Jan 2026 - Present: NAD+ | SS-31 | Testagen | Ipamorelin | GHK-Cu | HCG | Selank | Reta 5mg and slowly escalating to 8mg

Gonna run BPC protocol again soon, thinking of adding PT-141 and Semax too.

I have the intention of adding Tesa but kind of concerned about the gelling issues, would like advice from those using grey BAC with Tesa on how you manage, Thanks

Hospira is damn near impossible for me to get due to regulations and availability to import in to where I’m from, it’s easier to get grey peps than Hospira BAC.

Full disclosure: I am far from overweight and began GLP1 dosing to improve metabolic markers, specifically interested in keeping A1c low and a great lipid profile. I started with .5mg of Reta on 12/27/25, 1mg on 12/30/25, and began weekly dosing with 1.5mg on 1/6/26. Noticed immediate food noise reduction, reduced urge to binge on Reese's Cups (my kryptonite), reduced appetite, and according to my scale, loss in weight (specifically muscle mass). I weighed 146 lbs on 12/27/25 and by 1/10/26 I was down to 140 lbs. My body fat % went from 15% to 13.5%, muscle mass went from 115 lbs to 111 lbs. I knew I needed more protein and fixed that issue, but read that Tirz might not cause as much muscle loss, so I thought I'd take Reta for 2 months, then switch to Tirz also at 1.5mg weekly for 2 months, and then decide which to proceed on and at what dose. I had blood work done on 12/27/25 and again on 2/23/26. I'm super happy with those results. A1c down, HDL went up, LDL went down 26%, triglycerides down...Everthing I had hoped for. So now I'm on Tirz, getting enough protein, not losing any more weight or muscle. My BMI is 19.4. I do resistance work with some weights 3 times a week and walk 5-8 miles every day. I'll repeat the blood work on 4/23/26 or thereabouts and then decide whether Reta or Tirz is better for me. Maybe I'll alternate.

You asked for an update, perhaps I went overboard with the details. If this helps someone else, I'm happy. I think GLP1's are freaking awesome for those who are overweight and have struggled with their weight, but they can also benefit the metabolic health of others as well. And as far as the chocolate binge urges, both Reta and Tirz are really good at turning down the volume of those urges. I still absolutely could crush an entire bag of Reese's Cups or Hershey Kisses in an instant, I now choose now to. I can quit after 2 Kisses without trouble.

BPC 157 – 1st stated late 2022, on and off from then (sourcing problems). But results were great, it saved me from a lot of pain.

TB500 - 2024 - no effect whatsoever, manufacturer most probably a complete scam (their BPC didn’t work either), haven’t been able to try since.

Brands, all gray/black, let's not kid ourselves!

Love the ta-1/thymulin blend as it has kept me illness free all season.

5 amino I didnt really feel much but it does give you energy. Together with NAD, it's amazing. Trying to figure out a cost-effective way to use 5am as lysophillized gets costly over time. Just bought some liquid brewed 5am so I'll see how that goes.

All the other peps are doing their jobs. I can tell when I'm off cycle with Klow due to my soreness from the gym lasting longer or a pulled muscle.

Epitalon has been good for me sleep-wise and then starting tesa and ipa has made the effect even greater. Circadian rhythm is consistent.

What do you notice with taking KPV? Lower inflammation?

S tarted July 17th 2025, weighing 322pounds - on Tirz, both brand and grey - briefly tried Reta but it didn't seem to do anything.

C ontinued with Tirz to today and onward - current weight 243 pounds (plateauing for a while now - but haven't tried anything else with it...)

I started KPV a week ago and my hip pain has diminished even more (I am also doing other things for that). Plus a stubborn psoriasis spot on my scalp just disappeared! Not even the dermatologist's prescription topical healed it but KPV did!

How much KPV do you take?
