Started on Lilly's compound Zepbound, for 3 months, just transitioned to lyophilized tirzepatide last week. Been lurking on this forum for a few weeks now. It's taught me a lot and saved me a ton of $$. 59 yr old retired husband and father that tried every diet known to man for the last 30 years...I've lost 35 pounds and have another 30 to go.
I was doing zep every 7 days with food noise coming back after 4-5 days, just started doing a 5 day regime and it's working brilliantly.
