Healing cardiovascular & lung tissue with BPC?

Title says all, practically.

I can't afford to see a cardiologist, but my heart isn't in good condition. If I stop taking magnesium I get palpitations all day long. I used to abuse all of the drugs, including stuff like mixing coke/meth for days on end. I also had a pulmonary embolism in 2020.

MotsC looks promising for the lungs. 5mg of tdalafil daily has been a help as well.

I'm wondering if a few months on BPC could help fix any of this. Does anyone have any subjective experience in this area?

Crazy that you brought up Vegusen. I haven't heard of it, but I was just talking to a Russian friend who told me his buddy sells Khavinson complexes which apparently vegusen belongs to. Time to do some more deep reading. Thank you for the info.

Edit: For anyone Googling down the road about heart stuff, vesugen is a "bio regulator" or "Khavinson" peptide complex. I just found it from Canlab international and it appears to be injectable. Amino USA is another one that seems to have a decent price.

TB4/TB-500 is frequently cited as a candidate for repair of the heart fibers.

From Neemio: In cardiac tissue, TB-500 reduces infarct volume, promotes angiogenesis converting hibernating myocardium to contractile state, and exerts antifibrotic effects via SRF-MRTF modulation.

I'm very interested to try it. I've done quite a bit since making this post, and answered my own question.

Bronchogen did it for the lung tissue, another bioregulator. Interested to try it again but stacked with chonluten.

As far as bioregs go, epithalon was wildly effective for sleep. Life changing. Want to stack with pinealon.

Tried BPC and it was fantastic, but it's TB4 that's been studied for helping repair the heart after heart attacks. Want to stack TB4, TB5, and BPC again.

Also worthy of note, BPC temporarily made some fatty lipomas larger — I only discovered them thanks to the reta.

It's a wonderful world if you have dubious amounts of money to spend on shit that may or may not work or be safe! God I love peptides, supps, and drugs.

My husband's cousin has COPD and we discovered GHK-CU helps repair lung damage when we were doing some research.

I hope you're feeling better soon.

I realise you are in the US where access to fairly basic healthcare can be limited by costs more so than in other developed nations, but a lot of the basics for cardiovascular care and prevention do not need specialists or exotic tests. ( ideally a lot of cardiology is prevention rather than treatment. ) And would make vastly more difference than any peptides except perhaps the GLP's. Once serious cardiovascular disease has already developed, it is much more difficult to avoid needing a cardiologist, but at this point presumably you do not know

Blood pressure measuring machines are cheap and fairly accurate, making sure it is ok and if not, treating it, is not hard and any doctor can prescribe medication, at worst you could get meds from india, preferably with medical advice first. Lipids and blood sugar are the other things to check and easily treated by any doctor. Basic investigations like ECG and chest Xray are not very expensive, although from your description an ecg and a 24 hour halter monitor ECG recording would be better, none of which are very dear. Tests like stress tests or especially angiography are not as cheap , but may not be needed. Even a smartwatch could tell you if your palpitations were in normal cardiac rhythm or not, and finding that out would be a good idea, and the only issue I see where it might be an issue in the shorter term rather than just being about long term prevention.

Just having age, family history, smoking history, lipids and blood glucose is enough to calculate or estimate 10 year absolute cardiovascular risk, either using an online calculator or getting a doctor to do it , and from that you can find out if statins or aspirin are needed for prevention.

So finding out what is the cause of the palpitations is a good idea, they can just be anxiety, and do not always mean anything, and making sure blood pressure, lipids and blood glucose are ok is most of what can be done cheaply and easily. Making sure these three things are ok or treated can halve or quarter long term risks.

Appreciate it. Been looking into getting an echo done, didn't realize it could be so affordable. Blood pressure has gone from Stage 1 hypertension to bottom range since I started reta and getting healthier.

As you said, meds from India are great. Preferably with the input of a specialist, but that's not happening until I get insurance through employment. I'm going to prescribe myself telmisartan and see how that works out.

I do have to disagree with the broad sentiment that the care of a specialist will do more than any peptide or supplement though. Many doctors suck, and it's the luck of the draw, and our medicine often treats symptoms rather than causes. It's the same mindset as people who think that taking cold medicine heals the cold. It doesn't. Supplements can.

Doctors help you where they fill in the blind spots for what you can do for yourself. As you said, an ECG will be a great starting point.

But, I think exercising regularly, and utilizing things like SS31, TB4/5, Cardiogen, Propionyl-L-Carnitine, and CoQ10 would likely put individuals onto the order of elite athletes receiving care from a specialist. Because the average doctor that you can get through insurance just doesn't usually have the time, education, and inclination to recommend let alone prescribe exotic treatments.

I am once again reminded of my last doctor who told me my cholesterol was high, I asked him what that means and what I should do and he told me to eat less fried food.

If he had told me to introduce cardio and increase dietary fiber, I would have.

Now I'm going to get blood tests very soon to see for myself. But considering I run 5-10 miles per week now, avoid bad fat and take fish oil, and supplement psilium husk regularly, I can infer that my cholesterol is likely stellar even without getting a blood test.

It's sad that we have to, but that's the way of things for the less wealthy.
 
Don't know much on lungs. And without specifically knowing issues, hard to make suggestions.

-fluticasone / salmeterol (advair/wixela) is usually one of the first therapies for breathing issues.

Assuming stimulant based for past drug usage?

Possibly cardiomyopathy, Telmisartan and nebivolol are proven to regress LVH while being well tolerated and unlikely to tank BP

Blood vessel stiffening

-Tadalafil 5mg amplifies the natural relaxing effects of nitric oxide on artery walls

-Pitavastatin 2mg helps endothelial cells lining the blood vessels release nitric oxide, which relaxes vessels and promotes smooth blood flow

-Ezemitibe 10mg helps restore normal inner-lining (endothelial) function in blood vessels when used alone or alongside statins
 
I have some heart issues and bcp didn't improve anything. I smoked for years and ghkcu did improve my lungs and breathing. There are studies for it treating COPD.

Epithalon lowered my resting heart rate. Too low at night, it would drop down to 35-40bpm while sleeping. My heart isn't efficient enough to be beating that low. It returned to normal when I stopped taking it.

Wow! Excellent information on both counts, thank you for sharing.

BPC didn't do much for my heart either, but TB is the one with data. I wouldn't assume that just one would do the trick. Still planning on running a unified stack around the heart with peptides and supps.
