I've increased does quickly as I didnt have sides, or notice anything.
I have zero issue eating still.
Couple weeks since I have been on, I noticed some weight loss. I've always had a high tolerance for things, was hoping this wasnt going to be one of those.
Due to current situation in life I know I cant afford to keep buying from where I have been, and have been looking into new sources.
I see the stuff is available much cheaper than I paid which is good news.
Starting week 7 next week. will be going to 4.5mg I think split over mon, wed, fri.
Previously was doing a two split on mon and thurs.
Hoping to get back to a weight I was before I was poisoned from a medication I took. It caused a lot of weight gain and various issues.
One of which was I cant seem to handle carbs very well ever since. I just pack on weight. Prior to getting sick I was a gym rat, and quite muscular.
I was 8% BF at that time, and not holding my breath to be like that again, but would certainly like to see me down around 12-15% at least one day.
I have been dieting off and on, and trying different things for years with not much luck. Lot of yo yo. Last time I took weight off was basically starving myself. Lost over 100lbs, but I was getting so dizzy all the time and had a scary situation one day and said I cant do this anymore. I gained it all back.
Now I have been dieting over a year straight Carnivore. Lost a little over 100 lbs slowly, but its so slow now that I was looking for a boost and found out about Reta, and had to try it.
I would like to lose about 50-65 more lbs to get back to a weight I am comfortable with. I dont like being heavy at my age 51.
