If so which dose, how long for and what's the results??
I was on 2.5 tirz for about a year lost 50lbs. When I started this journey a couple years back, the mantra/advice was slow and steady. Only need to increase your dose if you stalled. I did go do 5mg a couple of times, but that was only to break a stall..Seamus said:Has anyone either lost weight through Retatutide or Tirzapzide at a moderate tonight dose, and is now using a lower dose for maintenance??

So that dose is enough to prevent over eating then?TacoLifter420 said:I lost 70 pounds over 7.5 months on Tirz, never went over 5mg per week and currently use 2 mg every 5 days. At 2mg my weight is slowly going down by half a pound a week or so. I also train really hard and I'm on TRT.
On a pharmacokinetic level, if you want to remain on lower doses or micro dose, Tirz is better. You will eventually need to titrate up though.Seamus said:Has anyone either lost weight through Retatutide or Tirzapzide at a moderate tonight dose, and is now using a lower dose for maintenance??

Hi Ragu1 - I'm in the exact same boat as you with my left shoulder except the MRI doesn't show torn cuff. Instead it appears to be a torn labram however another MRI shows much nerve impingement through cuff....anyway.....rest of our stories are identical. Same downward dosing of tirz also for maintenance cuz I know the gym visists are going to go down to nothing but mild cardio for awhile after surgery that I hope that insurance will finally OK. Good luck with yours!Ragu1 said:I have been on maintenance for almost a year.. still on 2.5 but have used survo to help. I work out at least 5 days a week mainly cardio and legs as I have torn rotator cuff with severe arthritis. Looking at reverse shoulder replacement in Jan. My goal now is to maintain or lose a few more pounds because I know I'll be laid up with my recovery.
Yes sir, I'm still slowly losing at that dose. Thy key is to find what works well for you.Seamus said:So that dose is enough to prevent over eating then?
