Just trying to see if I am putting myself into trouble here.

If taking ghk-cu or glow with an effective 2000 mcg of ghk-cu, would it then be unwise to take a multivitimin which has 2mg of copper in it? Many multivitamins contain copper so something one need to be aware of.

Jepeto (ChatGPT) says stagger the dosage, but would like to hear from some real world experiences.

I don't know how much copper is a bad thing, but I heard and take a zinc supplement daily with mine. They say that is the ticket. I'm not sure some ingredient in KLOW isn't aggravating my gout. It could be the 200+ grams of protein I strive for daily though. There is a pill for that too that I take daily. 🙄

Good question. I wondered the same because you can have too much cooper. I did a google search and said up to 10 mg.

That’s like 4 pennies. Lots of copper

So back to the original question, has anyone combined GHK-cu with vitamins containing copper?

Does your multivitamin also contain zinc? Back to what I said earlier, it is recommended to take zinc with supplements that contain copper. I take KLOW with a separate zinc supplement and also multivitamins daily for 60 days straight now. I haven’t turned blue yet. I’d have to look, but I’m sure there is copper in my multivitamin.

Sure, most multivitamins have zinc in them, but taking additional zinc to offset the copper, is one then not taking away from the copper? Feels like one drinking the poison and the antidote the same time if he one just cancels the other out.

Just looking at the RDA for copper, 2mg in the injected form, is already 222%.
