Freezer Tirz & Reconstitution

Hello, I am looking for some guidance, been reading lots of posts but do not see the answer. I have a nice stockpile of Tirz in my freezer and I am about to dive into it for the 1st time in the next week or two. When I take it out of the freezer can I reconstitute it right away or do I need to let it come to room temperature first?

Yes I reconstitute immediately straight out of the freezer and in goes the bac water! Done deal!
