I don't think the dosage is the same between Tirzepatide and Retatrutide. I'm guessing retatrutide is half the strength as either some side affects are harsher due to the different formulation.

I was on 2.5 tirz and switched cold turkey to reta and after 3 weeks, I decided to go from 2 to 4 mg. In stead of rushing things and trying to stack random shit, I'm just going to play it out by titrating up/down as required.

Be patient.
