Hello fellow lab rats and longevity optimists,
I’m looking into jumping on the Epithalon train, but before I start pinning myself in the name of immortality, I have a very practical question: What is the actual name of a reliable test to see if our telomeres are getting longer (that's what she said), and where can a normal human get one?
I want data. Real data. Not just "I slept better and my knees crack less" data. I want to see those chromosomal shoelace caps stretch! Are we talking STELA, Q-FISH, TRF, or is there a consumer test out there that isn't just completely useless statistical noise?
