I'm curious if anyone here has experimented with Epitalon more frequently than the typical 2x/year recommendation , specifically for sleep.
About 6 weeks ago, I ran a 10-day cycle of Epitalon stacked with DSIP and Selank/Semax (the latter two I continued longer). During that initial run, my sleep improved dramatically. Deep sleep increased, my sleep scores were consistently solid, and I was barely waking during the night.
Since it was a stack, it was hard to pinpoint whether Epitalon was the main driver or if it was the combination. After finishing the Epitalon, I continued DSIP + Selank/Semax, and things stayed pretty stable for a while.
Then about 1–2 weeks ago, my sleep started drifting back toward baseline. More nighttime waking, less deep sleep, etc.
Four nights ago, I started another round of Epitalon, and the last two nights have already improved. Not quite as good as the first cycle, but definitely trending back in that direction.
Most of what I’ve read suggests cycling Epitalon twice per year, but I’ve also come across some people mentioning more frequent use (like first 10 days of each monthly.... monthly protocols).
So I’m wondering..... Has anyone here used Epitalon more frequently than 2x/year, especially for sleep support?
