Hey guys! I've been dealing with bicep tendinitis on both arms for the last 4 years and it's been horrible. I can't even go to the gym without feeling pain in my shoulders. I was thinking of taking the Wolverine Stack, however it's not available on Orbitrex Peptides, but saw that they sold the Glow stack. How would you guys recommend me to dose it daily? Also, would it be better if I just take BPC by itself or maybe both but separate vials and doses? Thank you for the help.

I've used BPC-157 and TB-500 separately to heal my (triceps and later wrist) tendonitis.

2x (morning and evening) 0.25mg BPC-157 at the site (IM deltoid) and 2mg TB-500 every 3 days (subQ abdomen).

I've had the triceps tendonitis nagging me for about 2 years, coming and going (but never completely) and now it's been gone for almost a year. The wrist was more recent so it's a bit harder to confirm if any of the compounds have helped a lot...

While I use GHK-Cu and KPV too, for me a Glow/Klow blend just makes dosing and timing more difficult.

Ohh okok, so .25mg twice a day? And woah I'm glad you are feeling way better now. I really want to get rid of this tendinitis. Thank you so much, if you don't mind me asking, where did you source your BPC and TB? Thank you.

I’m glad that I ran into your answer. I have had 5 rotator cuff repairs over the years. Everything has been fine until I lost weight with Reta and started working out. Now my right biceps burns from the cuff to my elbow. I’m not interested in anymore surgery. Although I bought a Glow kit, the burn and subsequent induration is terrible and I haven’t taken it since. Perhaps I’ll try your regimen.

A couple of questions:

Do you have any burning with either of the two peptides when you inject?

Do you do this regimen for a certain number of weeks and then take a certain number of weeks off?

I appreciate the consideration. Thank you.

Thank you for this. I had purchased BPD for my senior pit bull, but he left me a month ago.. I wondered what I was going to do with the rest of “his” peps..

Just an fyi- adding KPV to GLOW made it MUCH more comfortable.

I read somewhere some people are adding lidocaine to their GLOW/KLOW. I wonder how that works out?
I’ve done that. It works well, but you need to be careful. I added 2-5 units per 3ml cartridge. You have to remember that too much lidocaine can affect your heart, and if you use lidocaine pain patches, even OTC, it adds up.

But I found that adding KPV negated the need for lidocaine.

Are you talking about 2 units of 2% solution? It's hard to believe that's even enough to make a difference on a 3ml. Crazy.

Anela, who designed the GLOW stack, keeps it very simple for her clients. She says to recon a 70 mg vial (the most common size) with 3 ml BAC and take 12 units daily, 7 days a week. For KLOW, (80 mg) recon with 3 ml and take 15 units daily, 7 days a week. She says if you need to use more BAC because of ISRs, draw it up just before pinning. She suggests doing 2-3 mini-pins close together and to use lidocaine cream or wipes after the pin.

I had really mean ISR's and soreness from klow at first. I have an overfilled klow from GYC, and just kept lowering the concentration til I found what worked for me. The ghk-cu in one vial is 76 mg, and I recon with 12 ml of back water, which fills 4 cartridges. 31 units a day for 2 mg of the ghk-cu, and I don't care about other three so much. Lasts 38 days. No pain, no bruising.

No burning whatsoever. I've used 5mg vials (both BPC and TB) and reconstituted with 2ml bac (250mcg/10ui).

Like I said, I don't like GLOW/KLOW blends because it makes dosing difficult and different timing impossible. Also I would NEVER inject GHK-Cu IM (intramuscular).

I've used both for about 4 weeks, but the pain was actually already gone at the 2.5/3 week mark but I wanted to use up the vials.

(Triceps/wrist) Tendonitis is of course a bit different from a rotator cuff injury, so your regimen might be a bit longer (depending on the damage).

How long did you use BPC and TB? Did you still keep using it after the pain went away? And if you don't mind me asking, where did you get your BPC and TB?

thank you
