So I just got my new order & tell me this one isn’t looking a bit strange or maybe I’m wrong? It hasn’t been reconstructed yet why does it look like liquid is already inside? attachments-img_3418-webp.17257.webp

Definitely does not look like normal Lyophilized pep's. Does it move at all when flipped over?

Moisture inside a lyophilized beak (looks like condensation) is an immediate fail.

What is it and is it a domestic reseller (the label makes me suspect that)? You should request a replacement for sure.

It moves slightly but it looks weird like a cloud is underneath it. So strange.

It’s Tirz, yes a domestic reseller. I emailed them immediately & they said it would all be dissolved if any moisture got into it and that I’m wrong so I’m confused.

Reconstitute it and see if it's cloudy, nothing to loose at this point

They are sort of correct with that, but it's hard to get a good view of what's going on because of the shadow created by the label. Could you get a pic with better lighting zoomed in specifically on the powder?

Should I try to reconstitute it anyway or is this just a wash? Major bummer.
