Does Lipo-C with B12 need to be refrigerated?

I notice that some vendors have Lipo-C w/B12 and that it contains methylcobalamin as the B12 part. It also looks like this is shipped as a liquid. Usually when a compounding pharmacy sends out B12 (methylcobalamin) it is in a fridge pack and their directions are to refrigerate. Anyone order Lipo-C have experience with this and whether it still keeps at room temp?

Thanks for the replies. I don't understand how the methylcobalamin can keep at room temperature though. I believe that not all Lipo-C has B12 in that specific form, but there are vendors who do use it and who do not store or recommend refrigerating.
