I just politely asked the person I bought from to not doxx me, murder me, or send me anthrax. And… knock on wood, so far so good!

Anthrax has some really good albums, though.

A buddy of mine sometimes has larger stuff sent to my place instead of his apartment because they charge him extra to receive packages over a certain size/weight. He uses his email address on a lot of stuff instead of his name. Seems to arrive fine.

My understanding is that weird names can increase the chance of the USPS inspecting your package, though.
