I saw the poll, and the voters answered they are using compounded and research tirz. I just didnt figure out whats the difference between them.Peevee said:None of us know where either the research or compounded chemicals come from. So how could we know?

So helpfulThePepPlanner said:Easy peasy.
Compounded = pre-mixed liquid form.
Research = raw powder or lyophilized (freeze dried). Needs to be reconstituted with you choice of medical water (sterile/BAC).
Research is probably sold at a 3rd of the price compounded would be. Compounded usually needs a script(rX)
Now the big question is, are the compounders getting their powders from the same place I'm getting my research?![]()

Some of them are likely getting them from some of the same people we are. A lot of the raw product pre-lyophilization probably comes from the same places. The larger compounders are probably also getting them from China, but from larger companies that are less interested in selling to random people on the internet. There are also some manufacturers that are creating the raw material in the US, so some might be getting them there.ThePepPlanner said:Now the big question is, are the compounders getting their powders from the same place I'm getting my research?![]()
