Uther has it. How long have you had tinnitus and do you know the root cause?

I'm going to have to try that. I've had tinnitus since I was a kid. Not sure where it came from. Possibly my dad blasting music in the car or chronic ear infections.

where do i order from uther? had it for several years in 1 ear, had an MRI but nothing found, i think its from either my use of power tools without ear protection when i was young, OR i love loud music and bass in my cars. always been into ICE

I'm 79 yo male taking tirz. Unfortunately, I have had problems with diarrhea starting at 4-5 mg/wk dosage and insomnia starting in the 3-5 mg/wk. Doubt if either was age related. Have flirted with insomnia since early 70's & diarrhea - just hoping with time it will get better. Currently subcuing 1mg tirz twice weekly. It keeps the hunger signals down & the hangers at bay but little weight loss. Only want to lose 5-10 pounds more. I have lost a little weight around 5 lbs. Kept my weight down f or some years. Can't do that any more and tirz has made my life so much better. I'm careful so I'm only looking at approved drugs. Retatrutide is going to be approved soon, I think and am considering switching to that. Comments/suggestions?

Correcting my earlier post (please see my earlier post for context)

1. Borderline insomniac. Tirz may push me over the edge to insomnia if haven't used good sleep hygiene. Probably not age related.

2. Diarrhea occured 4.5 to 5 MG dose when blood level of tirz was probably at max level for ~2 days. Probably not age related.

3. I was a chemist & did numerous concentration preps using the metric system. Not a problem for me.

4. Lots of brain variation at my age, 79. I CRS, but I am still OK at logical thinking.
