Best mid-day pick-me-up that will let me sleep at night?

I can usually fight through, which is the only acceptable answer here in the U.S. but I was wondering if there is a pin I could use daily that would clear some of the fog so I’m more productive rather than just present?

Mornings are when I’m naturally at my most sharp, so really need something I can take that won’t effect my sleep if I take it around lunch time.
I struggle with mid day drowsiness as well. Just throwing mud at the wall, but keep breakfast and lunch kinda small or not at all. Maybe a protein shake with some electrolytes. I have recently started NAD+ but haven't titrated up to a point that I really feel anything. Maybe get the 1000mg so you can recon it to a concentration that doesn't require such a large injection. I reckon just eat small and stay active until you get home at the end of the day

Methylphenidate helps a lot! But I was on it for far too long and got kinda quick to anger so I had to take a break.

What do you eat?

The usual suspect is an insuline spike from your meal (due to fast carbs / sugars)

You can try to cut down the carbs in your meal (or eat them with enough fiber and protein) and go for a 10-15 min. walk after.

Or... you can try some meth.
