Best doses/stacks you’ve tried.

So about a year ago I tried Reta from one of the big name pretty well advertised websites that you see all over TikTok and such. I was super excited for fat loss so I went up every week that I could tolerate it until I did about 4mg/week up from the 1mg I started with.

There was a SIGNIFICANT loss in body fat but to say that my muscles were smaller and I was much more thin in my frame would be an understatement. Now that i have all the wonderful people on the forum I’m learning a lot about so much in the peptide world it seems like people that have had similar experiences recommend staying low dose over a longer period but of course I’ve seen all kinds of experiences that differ from that too.

I’ve heard great things about cjc/ipo and had some people tell me a little bit about igf-1 on another one of my posts so those are some I’ve heard of.

My question is, without test or hgh, what stacks have you run that you noticed fat loss without significant muscle loss too? I’m curious to know what to try next.
 
Hi, in the last month I lost 7kg, but I didn't lose muscle, but for the bia I put on 100g of muscle, I know it's definitely not precise. With good nutrition and training you should limit the loss
 
From what I read R is a god send. I would suggest to get a body composition scale and measure things over a period of time. Also make sure you resistance train and keep up the protein.

That’s actually a great idea. I should try that. I’m doing R right now. Super low dose like 1mg/week. It’s not strong enough to squash my appetite but it cuts some of the food noise out and I don’t look any smaller in the mirror.
