Any tirz hoppers who successfully switched to reta and lost a ton of weight?

Cag suppresses intake by increasing satiety signaling reducing portion sizes.

Is your appetite not functionally suppressed by the two GLP agonists you’re already taking?

Reta adds glucagon signaling, which can increase your base metabolic rate ~5-10% and offers a tool you don’t have already.

Are you tracking your caloric intake?

Are you exercising and tracking that?

Just not eating can lead to metabolic adaptation, reducing your base rate, leading to a stall.
It has mainly been diet and eating as that's what I struggle with the most and what caused me to balloon to over 360lbs. Haven't hit the gym since September.

Boring ole walking is a very underrated tool for shedding calories and working the heart without beating the joints.

I started just walking on 1/3/26 with the daily goal of 500 calories specifically spent on that. Today makes the 21st day in a row, so 3 weeks. In that 3 weeks I’ve lost 4.4% of my starting weight, or 1.1% per week.

I started my switch to Reta on the evening of 1/10, since then I’ve lost 3.3% in 13 days which is ~1.8% per week.

I lost 2.8% from 12/12/25 when I started Tirz until I started walking on 1/3/26, 22 days or .9%/week.

Walking is a powerful tool, as is Reta.
