Interesting and a good breakdown of what the GLP1's that are already out there do.

As a non scientist, this part is particularly interesting “One of the limitations of the current drugs is that individual variation, possibly including how people express target receptors or respond to their corresponding hormones, can lead to lesser than desired weight loss outcomes in many patients.”

I've pinged some people for a copy of the paper as it's behind paywall.

Molecular design recently moved into fast forward with AI. I expect several more better-than-Reta clinical candidates to emerge in the next couple of years that, on paper, make Reta obsolete even before it's FDA approved.

I grabbed the PDF that was buried on the page. Was that what you were trying to locate?
 
Awesome information. Thanks for sharing this... makes me think I can slow on stocking my freezer full of reta for maintenance and beyond.
