I started our my journey with Tirz and went up to 10mg, did not really loose any weight. The fatigue was also pretty bad. Then I tried out reta, went up to 10 mg, did not loose any weight, but felt normal on it. Then tried Cag , but it kind of causes depression. I am not sure what to do next. Feeling hopeless. What would you suggest?

I don't understand how its possible to take that much GLP1 and not lose any weight. The only thing I can think of is that you are already close to being a healthy weight.

How long of time span are you talking about on each? What are your macros? What is your exercise plan? What is your starting weight and HT?

Are you almost normal weighted ?

Did you try sema ?

You should max out on tirz, some people don't loose until 12,5 or 15.

These are individual drugs, no one size fits all, but it really also depends on your calorie consumption, protein, exercise, sleep, stress levels etc

No, havent tried sema. Little bit of afraid to try it , because with cagri I had really weird experience. My BMI is 29. But I came to the same conclusion, that I will try out Tirz one more time, slow and steady.

Why won't you try sema out ? not that you have to, just curious. Cagri and sema are two completely different drugs. But you could have succes on tirz.

Do you have any metabolic issues that makes higher doses necessary to loose weight, it could be pcos, insulin resistance etc ?

I agree with what was said above, maybe give sema a try. I lost more weight on sema than on tirz, and the appetite suppression felt stronger too. These days I’m on tirz and cagri just for maintenance. I eventually had to stop sema because of the side effects though.
