Hey everybody I would really appreciate some advice. I’ve been on Reta for a couple months. Currently on 1.5 mg twice a week. The ideal goal was not weight loss, i struggle with BED and bulimia so I was looking for more control with my eating. It helped amazing and did wonders for me until the last 2 weeks I’ve been really struggling with old habits and just feeling satisfied after meals and binging late at night or after dinner. I make sure to eat plenty through out the day but I’m just stuck. I plan on adding cagri to the mix. I think I’m planning on adding .25mg with each dose of Reta. Would this be ideal or would just one dose a week be a good place to start? Am I going to have to wait a few weeks to really see how it affects me like with Reta? Any advice or recommendations would help. Thank you.

Reta is not very good for foodnoise.

I would definitely go with Tirz instead, amazing for that.
I have some coming with cagri, would you recommend just trying to swap from Reta to tirz? If so how would one go about that? I really just like the energy benefits from Reta. Thought adding cagri was right what I was looking for sense it adds more of a ā€œbraking, or stoppingā€ effect when it comes to appetite.

I would just choose one peptide and follow, you are on a low dose of reta.

If you use 1,5 mg reta now, I would stop it and begin the lowest dose of Tirz 2,5 mg.

But of course you can use cagri, if that's what you have on hand, then I would stop Reta, since you are not looking for weightloss, and go for Cagri 0,25 mg. Reta can for some people give more appetite, and you are not looking for that.

I'm on 3mg/week of retatrutide (Sunday administration) and added on 240mcg of cagrilintide on Wednesdays. I primarily did this in order to extend my runway for titration on reta by calming food noise more directly. It worked fairly well; I still prefer to have a little bit of a hunger signal so I can get in 180g of protein, but beyond that I wanted the deep deficit. Down another 3lb this week after 3lb the week prior when I first started cagri, so I'm pleased with the progress.

What mg cagri?
