Hello all. Thank you in advance for sharing your insight and personal experiences.

I’m currently on 15mg of Tirz. Down 85lbs in my first year. I’d like to lose another 125-150lbs. Diet has been solid, hitting 200g of protein a day. Lifting 3x a week and hiit cardio 2x a week.

Looking to add Reta to my current program. Thinking I can start fairly high for Reta dosage. I know we should titrate slowly however I rather purchase a stronger dosage of Reta to limit the amount of purchases I need to make.

Thanks for the read and your thoughts.

There are numerous threads and hundreds of posts about this from this year.

Given that you've lost 85lb and want to lose considerably more, Reta seems like the better choice based on projected efficacy based on trial data. It doesn't seem crazy to think you'll add another peptide to the mix, like cagri, given the assumed percentage drop you're trying to accomplish.

I dropped 10lb on Tirz in the first month before switching to Reta where I've dropped another 58lb in a total of ~24 weeks, not counting the expected 4-6lb I've gained from taking creatine.

I agree, focus on getting reta at the cheaper price per mg, which typically favors the larger vials.

I wouldn't add a "fairly high" dosage for Reta. When adding Reta, you'll be redundant on the GLP and GIP action, mostly, and adding a little bit of glucagon.

That being said, I am only at 9 mg tirz (Fridays) but on Tuesdays I do a tideover of 3.25 reta/0.75 cag to tide over on Tuesdays

If he wants to drop another 150lb, I think I'd entirely move to Reta from Tirz, assuming things were tolerated. The GCGR signaling should be very helpful in the long run for him, and presumptively his goal will be beyond Reta's typical range of efficacy.... not necessarily a problem, but not likely to be something to ease into.

Hundred percent agree, if he goes hard at Reta and maybe Cag, Tirz should go. I just meant mixing if 15 mg Tirz dose would stay.

Thanks for your time and help. I’ve tracked down a good vendor with solid reviews. Is a kit of Reta 30mg vials too much to start with? Planning on starting at 2mg week & if all goes well, titrating up 2mg every 4 weeks. And congrats on your success.

I started with R20 and R60 because I wasn't sure how fast I'd move from Tirz to Reta and what dose trajectory would be like with Reta.

I'm ok with using a refrigerated vial for 10 weeks. I went through 3 R20 vials from 1/10 to 3/30 when I reconstituted my first R60. In hindsight I could have just went with R60 with a little waste, but it doesn't practically matter.

I was only on 5mg of Tirz when I switched. I did numerous small injections so if I hit sides I wouldn't have to wait days for my levels to drop. I never had sides that made me want to slow down... I consider my bridge to have been very successful in terms of speed, ease, and efficacy.

Regrettably, Shotsy won't put both compounds on the same chart, and it doesn't look back to the start when I started Reta later, so two charts.
